To operate and maintenance of different oil field equipment like; DST Tools, Flow Head, Choke manifold, Pressure Test Pump, Emergency Shut Down, Gauge Tank, Indirect Heater, 3-phase Horizontal Separator, Surface Safety Valve, Surge tank, Surface safety valve, Air Compressor, Barton Chart recorder, Transfer Pump, Chemical Injection Pump, Coflex Flexible Hose, Data Header, Storage Tank, Oil and gas manifold, Sand Trap, 1502 and 602 Piping/Elbows, Gate valve under the supervision of  field Supervisor/Maintenance In-charge at wellsite/yard.
To participate in the crane operation for loading/offloading of the oilfield equipment and containers.
To help out with forklift operator for loading/offloading of equipment.
Preparation, function and pressure testing of the equipment prior to use.
Pre-job planning, job execution, equipment selection, dispatching to the well-site, making up, running tools, well test execution as per program, break out and lay down of equipment.
Equipment maintenance, servicing and documentation according to work instructions.
Enforce Quality Health Safety Security and Environment (QHSSE) policies and guidelines, with an emphasis on routine inspections.
To ensure an accurate equipment and spare inventory for the field location.
To get approval of PTW and JSA from QHSSE Department before the start of any work.
Involved ensuring that all employees working on site adhered strictly to all the safety laws and reported every unsafe act and conditions to the field supervisor and manager.
To maintain 100% hazard free work environment with zero safety issues.
To do assembling/disassembling of DST tools under the supervision of the field supervisor on various field locations.
Worked under the field supervisor in a safe, efficient manner in according to established standards and guidelines.
Actively involved in the rig up and rig down of field equipment and ensuring that pressure control equipment is safely bleed off under the guidance of the field supervisor.
To Participate in different Safety and Operation trainings.
To Participate daily Tool Box meeting at yard as well as wellsite.
To participate pre and post job meeting.
Preparing, pre and post job checks, load-out.
Rig up, rig down and maintenance of equipment in field/yard.
To maintaining good customer/client relationship and proper communication with coworkers and supervisor.
To maintaining regulatory documentation as required.
Work actively with full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) both at yard and wellsite.
To maintain proper housekeeping at yard and wellsite.
To prepare and maintain the documentation record like; Quality file, Inventory system, 3rdparty equipment fitness certification etc.
Also perform the additional duties/task as an Operations Coordinator like; Preparation of Daily Operation report, Maintain daily attendance record of the employees, Maintaining monthly Overtime and taxi records of the employees, Maintain 3rd party equipment fitness certification record, Meeting record, Make travel arrangement of employees, Make the arrangements for equipment mobilization and demobilization from yard to wellsite and vice versa., Maintain Gate pass record, Coordinate all the other departments like finance, marketing, Human resource (HR), Procurement, Quality Health Safety Security and Environment (QHSSE) as well as the Team Leaders of different Sub-Operation departments in order to run smoothly and uninterrupted operational activity and also fulfill all others duties/task which assigned by the Operations Manager.
